Treatments and prices
Three sessions, one standard of care. Every treatment uses new sterile single use equipment and includes a short consultation and aftercare advice.
Dry Hijama
Dry Hijama uses suction cups on the skin with no incision. It is a gentle introduction to cupping and a good choice if you are new to the therapy or prefer not to have wet Hijama.
- Cups placed on the back or chosen areas
- Suction held for a short time, then released
- No cuts to the skin
- Aftercare advice provided
Round marks on the skin are normal after cupping and usually fade within a few days.
Wet Hijama
Wet Hijama is the traditional full treatment. After an initial cupping, a few very light, shallow incisions are made with a sterile single use blade, and cups are applied again to draw out a small amount of blood.
- Short health check before your session
- First cupping, light incisions, second cupping
- All blades and cups are new and single use
- Clear aftercare instructions
Many people choose a Sunnah day for their session. Ask us when you book.
Wet Hijama with Gua Sha Massage & Consultation
Our most complete session. We begin with a longer one to one consultation about your health, lifestyle and goals, then carry out wet Hijama, and finish with a Gua Sha massage to relax the muscles of the back and shoulders.
- Extended personal consultation
- Full wet Hijama treatment
- Gua Sha massage
- Personal aftercare guidance
Gua Sha can leave temporary reddening on the skin. This is expected and fades in a few days.
